Map your model once
Open your workbook. FLOW suggests fields locally from your own labels, such as revenue, EBITDA and total assets, and you confirm each one. The one-time mapping takes minutes and applies to every extraction after that.

Load your documents
Annual reports, scanned PDFs, Excel files, DATEV exports and XBRL filings, in any language. Your documents are not stored on our servers.

Review in Flow mode
Flow mode shows each value right where it was found. You stay in the flow, accept what is right and correct what is not, without losing your place in the report.

Human in the loop

One rule sits above everything else in FLOW: no value is written to a workbook without a person approving it. Everything else follows on its own.

Source on click
Even after a value is written, clicking its cell shows you at any time where it came from: the source page with the figure highlighted. All it takes is the source file on your computer.
Checks and balances
Check fields run your formulas with the new values during review and compare the result with the report. You see whether your totals add up before anything is written.
Units under control
FLOW recognises the units in the report and reads them for you. While reviewing, you always see them next to the number.
Formulas are protected
A formula cell is never overwritten silently. FLOW warns you and asks first.
Audit trail
Who wrote what, when, from which file. For ten years.
Every approved write goes into a journal. It is kept for ten years and, if it comes to it, outlives the user account or the map it came from.
- Proof without keeping the file
- The journal stores a file’s fingerprint, never the document itself. Your archived copy still lets you trace the source.
- Every change, without the figures
- Cell, map version, source page, who approved it and when. Also whether the proposal was corrected or a formula overwritten. The figures stay in your workbook.
- Independent of file names
- Rename it, save it under a new name, move it to OneDrive: the workbook keeps one continuous trail.
- Export for your auditor
- The journal as a CSV file, filtered if you like.

Does FLOW really run in Excel?
Yes. FLOW is an add-in for Excel on Windows, on the Mac and in the browser.
Which documents does FLOW read?
PDFs, including scanned ones, Excel files, DATEV exports and XBRL files. They do not have to be in English or German.
Do you store my documents?
No. Your documents are read, processed and then discarded.
Which AI do you use?
Our own models on our own servers in the EU. Your documents do not go to any external AI provider.
What if the AI reads a number wrong?
You see every value on the page it came from and decide yourself whether it goes in.
Can FLOW overwrite my formulas?
Not without your explicit confirmation.
Can I work with multiple documents at once?
Yes, FLOW handles multiple documents natively. It compares the sources, and you still keep the full picture during review. Switching between sources is one keystroke away, as usual.
I don’t want to check every value one by one. Is there a way?
Understandable, even if it goes against our philosophy. For this, FLOW offers checks you configure yourself. When a check adds up, all the fields in it can be accepted in one go. Example: EBITDA from the income statement fields. If the EBITDA matches the report, the fields are very likely all correct. You still keep the full picture at all times. FLOW never writes anything without your approval, even when everything seems to fit.
